Overhead Conveyor Overview
A Overhead conveyor having a track of parallel tubular rollers set at a definite grade, usually on antifriction bearings, at fixed locations, over which package goods which are sufficiently rigid to prevent sagging between rollers are moved by gravity or propulsion.
A belt over roller conveyor is a multi-type conveyor utilizing both rollers and a belt. They are mostly used in industries which are in need of transporting light to medium weight loads and in either inclines or declines.
The belt is either supported by a slider bed or by return rollers located under the loader rollers. Belt over roller models can provide control of orientation and placement of loads, which is helpful for bulky, irregular shaped products.
Overhead Conveyor
Efficient, gravity-powered roller systems designed for smooth product movement.
Parallel Tubular Rollers
Set at a defined grade for smooth and controlled product movement.
Antifriction Bearings
Rollers mounted on antifriction bearings to minimize drag and improve efficiency.
Fixed Roller Spacing
Rollers placed at fixed intervals for stable transport of goods.
Gravity Powered
Uses natural gravity for movement, reducing energy consumption.
Ideal for Rigid Goods
Perfect for items that are sturdy enough to avoid sagging between rollers.
Belt Over Roller Design
Some models combine a belt with rollers for added flexibility.
Incline & Decline Support
Suitable for elevated or lowered movement in different terrains.
Slider Bed Support
Provides a smooth supporting surface that minimizes friction.
